You are welcome to request a particular psychologist, alternatively we are happy to help determine who is most suitable and available, according to your needs. All our psychologists operate predominantly from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and ACT frameworks which results in a strong emphasis on tailored, practical strategies to assist our clients to achieve their goals and optimal wellbeing. Our psychologists are in Ballarat, Victoria.

Merideth Haines - Senior Psychologist & Director | Special interests include anxiety, depression, life adjustment, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapy, pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, adjustment to parenthood, parenting strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and is skilled in delivering group programs including Tuning Into Kids and Triple P Parenting. Nigel Wilson - Clinical Psychologist | Special interests stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, men's health and wellbeing, adjustment and sleep problems. Preference for ages 18 +

Trish Neil - Clinical Psychologist | Special interests include anxiety disorders, particularly social anxiety, long standing and complex mental health issues, personality disorders, interpersonal communication, effectiveness and boundary setting; older adults, adjustment, grief, gender dysphoria and reassignment. Kate Mathews - Psychologist | Special interests include anxiety, depression, motivation and procrastination, life adjustment, and sleep problems. Preference for age 16 + * Telehealth only

Bethany Georghiou - Psychologist Special interests include high prevalence disorders such as anxiety and depression, as well as complex mental health issues including psychosis, personality disorders and bipolar disorder. Trained in individual, group and community mental health interventions, utilising evidence-based CBT and mindfulness approaches. CURRENTLY NOT TAKING NEW CLIENTS

Tom O'Halloran - Psychologist | Tom conducts his sessions via Telehealth only Special interests in life adjustment & skills, sleep, mindfulness, stress, psychometric testing, substance abuse & harm minimisation. Preference for ages 16 +

Karen Sherlock - Psychologist | Telehealth and phone only - Special interests include trauma (including sexual assault and abuse), depression, anxiety disorders, self esteem, stress, communication, relationship concerns, parenting issues, grief, sleep management and general wellbeing by utilising strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Positive Psychology. *CURRENTLY NOT TAKING ON NEW CLIENTS

Rachael Tracey - Mental Health Occupational Therapist | As an OT, Rachael uses a "bottom up" approach to develop adaptive coping strategies with her clients with the aim of overcoming their mental health and functional difficulties by enhancing their independence through analysis of occupation and everyday activities. This has included working with youth and adults with Mood disorders, Anxiety, Psychosis, Substance use, Personality Disorders and Eating Disorders.

Kyle Wilson – Provisional Psychologist Special interests include adult, child and adolescent wellbeing, anxiety, stress management, trauma, people with disability, and grief. Utilising evidence-based CBT and mindfulness approaches.

Alistair Freeman - Provisional Psychologist Special interests include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management, mindfulness, and men's holistic wellbeing. Preference for age 16 +

Kara Linayao - Student Counsellor
