Mental Health Occupational Therapist

As an OT, Rachael uses a “bottom up” approach to develop adaptive coping strategies with her clients with the aim of overcoming their mental health and functional difficulties by enhancing their independence through analysis of occupation and everyday activities. This has included working with youth and adults with Mood disorders, Anxiety, Psychosis, Substance use, Personality Disorders and Eating Disorders.

Currently not accepting new clients except for Occupational Therapy Driving Assessments
