Sarah is a warm and supportive Psychologist who has experience working with a range of clients in various settings and from diverse backgrounds. She takes an empathetic and non-judgemental approach in assisting her clients to meet their goals. Her special interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, parental challenges, LGBTQIA+ support and general wellbeing.
Sarah offers personalised therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion.
Sarah also designs and facilitates group therapy programs. She has a particular interest in developing and running groups for neurodivergent children and adults, focusing on social understanding, emotional regulation, confidence and connection. In addition, she delivers general wellbeing programs in school settings, supporting students to build resilience, emotional awareness and practical coping skills in a supportive group environment.
