Tom provides psychological support exclusively via telehealth, offering a flexible and accessible option for clients.
His areas of interest include life transitions and adjustment, building everyday coping skills, sleep difficulties, mindfulness, stress management, and psychometric assessment. He also has experience in working with substance use, with a focus on harm minimisation and sustainable change.
In addition, Tom is now trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, supporting couples to strengthen communication, manage conflict more effectively, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
