Educational and Developmental Psychologist
Zoey is an experienced Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a strong passion for supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through life’s challenges. With special interests in anxiety, depression, and grief/loss, Zoey takes a compassionate, client-centered approach—meeting each young person where they are and tailoring support to their unique needs and goals.
In addition to therapeutic work, Zoey has a particular focus on psychological and educational assessments. This includes identifying learning difficulties and providing diagnostic clarity around neurodivergent presentations such as ADHD and autism. Through comprehensive, strengths-based assessments, Zoey aims to foster greater understanding and advocate for supports that help young people thrive in both school and life.
Drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities, Zoey primarily uses third wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)), supporting clients to develop psychological flexibility, stay connected to their values, and navigate difficult thoughts and emotions with greater ease.
Whether working with individuals, families, or schools, Zoey is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
